RMDSOFT was founded in 2001 by a group of AR System and Network Management consultants. By 2003, on a personal time basis, using Remedy's AR System technology, an OSS (Operation Support System) was developed with the following Modules: Trouble Ticketing, Change Management, Service Level Agreement, Ordering System, Service Provisioning, Circuits Management, IP Circuits Management, Contract Management. That would be the fastest, most reliable, user friendly OSS in North America that run on your average server, but RMDSOFT group had to disperse and never got the chance to present this product to the market. In 2006, RMDSOFT did see life again, this time as Certified Remedy Skilled Professionals (RSP), after many years of providing Remedy expertise as sub-contractors to a host of Remedy clients, standing behind many Remedy successes. Our expertise span to all Remedy supported platforms UNIX (HP, SOLARIS, AIX), Windows, LINUX with the corresponding Databases SYBASE, ORACLE and SQL Server. Our professionls experience span beyond AR System to cover System Administration, Database Administration, programing (C/VB/), scripting (Shell/Perl/Expect), Network Management (HP Openview/ NNMTivoli/.../ SNMP) and Discovery tools.
